We've had a BeachComber server for almost 4 years now, and paid them just short of $8,500 in that time, always by automatic payment weeks before it was due, and never with any problems.
Today our server went down, and upon submitting a ticket we were told the server had been placed on a suspended rack at the datacenter due to non-payment. Thinking that perhaps this was a problem with the credit card, I logged into their system, where I found a balance due of $0.00! So I called them at the number listed in the support section on their site, which gave me a voicemail box saying their office was closed. The response from their online "tech support" was that it was a billing issue, and they don't have access to that department. So we get to be down overnight now until their "billing department" opens again, due to their own mistake. But hey, at least this didn't happen on December 23rd.
Avoid them like the plague! We'll be taking our business elsewhere, that's for sure.
